Clinic Learning & Training

The ACLCO has received funding from the Law Foundation of Ontario to fund a comprehensive Clinic Learning and Training program this year.  The ACLCO has allocated $80,000.00 in funds to projects outside of regional, management, and board training. In the past, these funds supported in-person meetings for provincial practice groups and ad hoc training events. Given this amount is not sufficient to cover all of the potential requests, the ACLCO’s Provincial Learning Advisory Committee (PLAC) has developed a structured call for proposals to allocate these funds.

  • Stream 1 – Small Projects (up to $5,000.00)
  • Stream 2 – Larger Projects (up to $25,000.00)
  • Idea Collection– Ideas for Future Consideration – The ACLCO invites submissions of a brief outline of your project ideas for future consideration. There is currently no funding available for these, however ideas will be helpful for gauging future project costs. If funding becomes available, applicants will be asked to submit a full proposal.

All projects must be completed within six months of approval, and a final report must be submitted to ACLCO.

The applications for Streams 1&2 are designed for groups seeking funding for clinic learning and training this year outside of regional, management, and board training. Idea Collection is ideas for future consideration.

Due date for applications is Friday October 24, 2025 at 5pm.
