We’re Hiring: Conference & Events Coordinator (Part-Time Contract)
The Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario (ACLCO) is looking for an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Conference & Events Coordinator to support our Learning & Training Program.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate four regional conferences each year, along with a variety of in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning events that support Ontario’s community legal clinics. If you enjoy bringing people together, managing logistics, coordinating multiple projects, and creating exceptional event experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Highlights
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week)
- 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal or becoming a permanent part-time position
- Hybrid work environment (Downtown Toronto office approximately once per week)
- $35/hour plus health, dental, and RRSP contributions
- Occasional evening and weekend work during event periods.
- Occasional travel within Ontario
We’re looking for someone with experience in event coordination, project administration, vendor management, registration systems, and stakeholder communications. Experience in the non-profit sector or community legal clinics is an asset.
